'This was our second stay at the cabin. It was as wonderful as we remembered it. Perfect location between Brevard and Hendersonville, comfortable and clean accommodations, and the porch is a great spot for waiting out an afternoon storm or counting fireflies in the evening. We plan to return again next summer. '

The owner/host, Carl, greeted us on our arrival to explain all the features the cabin has to offer. He cares deeply about his cabins as can be seen by the detail of wood craftsmanship he has filled them with and along with strategically placed lighting that add that extra whimsical touch...it's wonderful. 'Beautiful place with everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay away from the business of life.The cabin itself sits right next to a beautiful creek that has been meticulously maintained. Just above the creek there is a pond which has been stocked with fishfor catch and release fishing. We did see a couple different fish that were larger and several fish that still have some growing to do.The owner of this property has really done a great job all around and the attention to detail...

'Beautiful, secluded and peaceful spot. The cabin was clean, super-cozy and furnished with everything we needed. When something beyond his control went wrong, the owner went out of his way to fix it for us. If we visit Asheville again, we will book this place. Loved it.'

'My family had a great time here...me and my 7 year old played for hours in the creek on the rocks. There isn't much to do around town since there is still a lot of damage from Helene, we did go to Chimney Rock one day however it takes almost an hour because of detours. Also if your going to fish there isn't anywhere to fish again because of damage in surrounding areas. With all of that we still enjoyed much needed family time at the cabin which is wonderful the only thing I could say is maybe...
