'This unit is a basement of an house in a residential area of a suburb of Salt Lake City that was converted to a studio. It has nice funiture and is very clean. Only issues were: no soap or shampoo in the bathroom (a first for us staying at a short term rental) and the host did not offer to provide us some when we inquired about it; the place smelled like pot; and the host took several hours to respond to our inquiry about the soap, whereas we are used to hearing back within the hour at other...

My questions were answered within minutes.The kitchen was supplied with everything needed to cook - a wide array of spices and olive oil.Having the use of a garage was greatly appreciated especially with the snow that came during our stay. We have a minivan and had no issues parking inside.The condo was quiet - which we also appreciated.Close to downtown - restaurants - skiing.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was perfect for our family of 4, and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. Everything was clean and comfy, updated and pleasant to be in and relax after busy days. We used the sauna downstairs which was a nice feature to have there! We’d stay there again for sure!'
