'Property was excellent. Great proximity to everything. The master on the second floor is enormous. There’s three bedrooms on the main floor and one of them serves as a second master. Plenty of room for everyone in the great room and having cable TV was a bonus. Home was very clean and the owner left a binder with all the information we needed. Thank you for a great weekend. '

'If you’re visiting SLC it’s tough to beat this property. The location is perfect. Feels like you’re 15 -20 minutes from everything. Airport, all the ski resorts, anything that we needed to do, this location is perfectly situated. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood, and all the beds are comfortable. The decor is awesome. 'It was our first time doing VRBO. We decided to do a VRBO because of our family size. We wanted to be near things to do and be able to get on the interstate easily to get over to Lagoon, shops in Sandy. We were by Gateway area, tons to do, great food, walking distance. Our host was so responsive and checked in with us asked if we needed any suggestions of things to do or food. We had two 12 year old boys-loved the pool, my 17 year old girls loved to tan and drove all over the place. Our family...

'We were in town for a locsl downtown convention and the listing provided us with a relatively quiet setting to rest and refuel each day. We ended our stsy on a Sunday and had very good success.'

'Lovely finished basement studio suite with a walkout door to backyard. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of parking spots, so no competing for a place and no worries about safety. Hosts placed filtered water in fridge and a welcome gift. Very thoughtful and kind. The bed was comfortable, and the house was quiet. I slept well and went about my business. Central location was perfect for canyon access and downtown visits. I look forward to returning. '

'The property is small, yet clean and well kept. However, there’s a few rough patches that need to be worked on1. The water heater is pretty loud, it sounds like someone is running a washing machine the whole night2. There’s a Kurig machine but absolutely no pods!3. The bathroom has no hook/rack for towels or clothes. And the shower curtain is shorter than needed, so the floor is wet after shower4. Last but not least, THE CENTRAL HEATER DIDNT WORK the entire 3-day stay while it was snowing...

'My family and I spent five nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was in a great central location for us that made our activities in both Salt Lake City and Provo easy to get to. There are a lot of restaurants in the area as well. 'Weeds around entire property. Trash bags full of ants near entrance.Kitchen was not stocked with dishes as it stated, we had to go buy sheet pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups... No BBQ grill as property listed. About 7 days after being there, we began having issues with plumbing... Water flooded into BOTH of the bathrooms, and toliets wouldn't flush. The Host did get back to us after 3 different ways of contacting them. Host was able to move us to another location, which was better, but not...
