Directly on the water with a small patio perfect for 2 people to sit and have coffee or cocktails. The space was very clean with everything you'd need to cook meals - we ate out for the 2 nights we were there - how could we resist such amazing fresh seafood options??Parking can be rough in Rockport, but we found a spot...

« The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion. »

« La propriété est bien situé, ressemble à une cabane à oiseaux. Annonce mentionne pour 6 personnes, mais n'avait pas de draps pour les 2 lits des "futons". Nous avons du se couvrir avec nos serviettes de plage. Puisque le gestionnaire de l'endroit nous a répondu qu'il n'était pas en service. De plus 2 rouleaux de papiers de toilette pour 5 personnes / 4 jours.. insuffisant. Pas vraiment envie de récrire à l'hôte à la suite de sa dernière réponse. La cuisiner bien rénové, mais le reste...

« House is in fantastic shape and in a very central location. They have every thing needed for a comfortable stay and being able to wash clothes in the washer and dryer is a huge plus. Beds were super comfortable and the outside patio was comfortable and had a corn hole set up. They also provided snacks that our grandkids enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are up this way. »

« Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach house in Gloucester. The house itself was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and spread out, with a central kitchen and living room area that led to a fantastic deck. The location is truly unbeatable. « Great location to visit Bearskin Neck. Lovely neighborhood on a cul de sac, so no traffic.The home was spacious. Big kitchen, a separate dining room, tv room that comfortably sits 8 or play games with the family. Entire home was well kept. Beautiful pool, clean and seating outside for 8-10. »
