'John is the best host in Hampton. He provides clean modern rooms at a fair price right across from the beach and leaves you alone. Of course you need to be respectful of the property, that should go without saying of course. Some people they don’t understand that concept but barring that, it’s a peaceful place for you to go and enjoy your vacation at a reasonable price and it’s right across from the beach. I love the seagull inn…bigly. '

'When we entered there was a handwritten thank you note and a cute little pancake syrup/mix gift. This place was great for our family of 5. More than enough room. I loved the decor and sitting out on the deck was great. It was immaculate. For a mulit-unit home it was surprisingly quiet. The AC was in the main part of the open concept kitchen/living room. 'This is a prime location for relaxation, ocean views, and beach access. We had plenty of room and privacy for 2 adults, 2 tween boys, and our little dog. Rob is an excellent host and provided so many beach and vacation necessities. It made packing and enjoying our time a breeze.
