Unfortunately for a luxury stay the following issues were raised (and not rectified) No Wifi at all (this was booked for a business stay and was required for work) which meant we had to go into manchester and hire a workspace. We were told we could park on property at any of the car parks (the fob works for the car park under the apartment) to then be given a parking ticket for 100 as we arent allowed to park there. There is NO parking on site, or around the apartment. We had to then pay the Holiday Inn a 10 minute walk away to allow us fo use their cat park for the remainder of our stay. The listing also stated ev charging. There isnt any. There were used needles on the floor and in the cupboard where the bin is in the kitchen (looked like ones used for an insulin needle) The curtain in the bedroom is falling offThe toilet is loose The walls are filthy The cups in the cupboard with unclean and there is not enough cutlery for the amouht of guests the apartment is for. The rug in the lounge is also filthy and there are huge burn stains on the dining table..Its a shame as the apartment is in a good location and has a lot of potential. One positive is that the bed is comfortable. However the support we got was shocking. And were left with the above issues for the full 4 days. We were consistently getting messages with ' we will come back to you shortly'. Not one member of the team proactively dealt with our queries and issues.
