Villa Zen is a luxurious villa with a magnificent view of the island of Marie Galante. It is rated 5***** as a furnished vacation rental. As soon as you walk through the gate, you’ll feel a true sense of serenity. <br><br>As you step through the main entrance, you’ll be taken aback by the sweeping view from the living room: hardwood floors, a terrace, a turquoise infinity pool, the Caribbean Sea, and Marie-Galante in the distance.<br><br>The fully equipped open-concept kitchen opens onto the terrace and the ocean via a double bar. <br>You’ll also have access to a closed-off laundry room at the back of the kitchen. <br><br>The living room features a large corner sofa, a coffee table, a large-screen TV, a Canal+ set-top box, Wi-Fi, and a landline phone. <br>A hallway decorated with two statues brought back from Bali leads to the villa’s sleeping quarters, as well as to the ground-floor restroom. <br>On the first floor, the master bedroom—measuring over 50 m²—features a two-meter-wide bed made of solid teak, adorned with a white Balinese-style mosquito net. <br>A desk and two chests of drawers made of exotic wood furnish the room in a Balinese style. <br>The bathroom has two entrances; the shower is made of black polished concrete, and two white sinks sit on a teak countertop. All of the villa’s faucets are Grohe brand. The back wall features two large teak storage closets. <br><br>Upstairs, there are two identically furnished bedrooms: each features a 160 cm-wide bed, a round mosquito net two meters in diameter, a teak desk, a storage cabinet, and teak closets.<br>A separate bathroom with polished concrete walls ensures complete privacy.<br>Thanks to their elevated location, both bedrooms offer exceptional views of the pool and the sea.<br>You’ll also find a separate restroom on the landing. <br><br>Outside, a 170 m² deck features a covered dining area with a solid teak table that seats ten guests. <br>Surrounding the infinity pool, six comfortable sun loungers are available, along with a shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. <br>On the left side of the terrace, a thatched pavilion houses the white outdoor lounge area, adorned with red cushions: the perfect spot for an evening aperitif as the sun sets.<br>To the right of the pool, a hot tub lets you unwind after a day at the beach.<br><br>A Weber grill awaits you in the tropical garden surrounding the terrace. <br><br>Opposite the villa’s main entrance, you’ll find a bungalow annex featuring a bedroom with a 160-cm bed and a mosquito net on the mezzanine level, and a sofa on the first floor that converts into two 90-cm-wide beds.<br>This annex also features a bathroom with polished concrete flooring, a separate toilet, a walk-in closet, and a living room furnished with a large sideboard and a solid teak coffee table. <br><br>We’ve thought of your babies: two cribs are available, as well as a high chair. <br>For your children’s safety, a removable pool fence can be installed upon request.<br><br>ACCESS TO THE BEACH: <br>The villa offers direct access—a 5-minute walk—to the Pierre et Vacances beach, which is equipped with a shower.<br>Nearby, you can walk to the beautiful Helleux Beach with its rolling waves, where many surfers come to ride the waves and learn the joys of surfing. <br>After a 30-minute walk through the woods and over the other side of the hill, the vast Bois Jolan Beach will enchant you with its coral reef shimmering in every shade of blue and emerald, its coconut palms leaning over the white coral sand, and its view of the mountains of Basse-Terre.<br><br>The rate includes cleaning services once a week during your stay (3 cleanings for a 2-week stay, 5 cleanings for a 3-week stay, etc.).<br><br>A security deposit of €3,000 by check or bank transfer will be required upon key pickup at arrival.<br>The security deposit will be refunded in full one week after departure if the end-of-stay
