It was windy weather when we stayed in the hotel which implied that room 36 had a 24/24 disturbing noise (due to the incorrect fixing of a sail over the rooftop bar to the wall of the hotel room). When we complained (as it was so disturbing that it kept us hours awake), the reaction of the hotel management was "Yes, we know ..." (no excuse and no commitment to remediate this - which implies the poor score on facilities and service) '
