Réservation d'hôtels à Saint-Vincent

« Séjour trop bref dans ce superbe hôtel, le plus ancien de Kingstown (1814) ancien entrepôt à sucre restauré avec art. Belle chambre calme avec des boiseries chaleureuses. Notre avion partant le lendemain très tôt, nous avons dû le quitter à 5 h 30 du matin et ne savons rien des services proposés, mais l'accueil fut charmant. Il est en centre ville mais l'environnement n'est pas à la hauteur, et le nouvel aéroport (l'ancien, trop juste pour des gros porteurs vient de fermer) est à 30 mn en taxi....

« Our flight cancellation forced us to a stay in St Vincent. The hotel is conveniently placed inbetween downtown Kingstown and the airport, right in front of Young Island. We got a really nice welcome by the elegant reception lady, who offered, without us even asking, a late check-out! We had drinks, breakfast lunch and dinner at the hotel, all served by a the same very kind waitress Vanessa. Despite the stress of our contsant changing flight schedule, we were enjoying our time around the pool and...

« This place blew our minds! Customer service was excellent. The room was high tech and very clean. The shower was relaxing. The bed was comfortable, We only wish it was bigger ;) The location is perfect, not too far from town and not too far from AIA. Property was properly secured. The price is unmatched! We came not knowing what to expect but we were completely blown away, and left with heavy hearts. Would 100% recommend. »

« The staff were ok but to have a manager who blamed her staff and vocalised it to us as the guest is poor. Also, i had no keys for two days. The noise at night from people shouting or talking loudly untol all hours was ridiculous. Location was beautiful but would not recommend or stay there again. »
