'When we arrived we have not been provided with a correct room that has been reserved, that makes us feel uncomfortable to be with 2 kids and 2 adults in a small room for 2 people. The host tried to solve situation, but another room has been too hot, 40C outside and no AC in any room. Our rooms had very bad smell of humidity as well. 'This property is staffed with very professional and knowledgeable staff whose job it is to make their guests comfortable and happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the Chateau and took the vineyard and wine storage areas with our guide, Thomas. 'What a fabulous hotel! We loved the Pavillon - with all its charm and character. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely countryside setting with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was fantastic - with quiches and fresh breads, croissants, baked apples, fresh juices, jams, yogurts and eggs prepared fresh to your order. David and Nathalie are outstanding hosts and we loved our stay.'

' Beautiful decorated room with a super comfy big bed. The breakfast every morning is delicious and the owner always open for a chat. Large garden and a small gate at the end to go to the vineyards. A small Nespresso machine in the room would make it perfect! ;) We visited Bergerac, Duras, Eymet and Bordeaux. Beautiful area.'
