'locatie OK , ontvangst goed / plezierig. Wij verbleven niet in het hoofd gebouw maar in een van de bijgebouwen . Een krakerig, knierepend , irriterend geluid in of net buiten de kamer verstoorde de nacht rust . Dit een aantal malen gemeld maar er kon zoals ik verteld was niets aan gedaan worden . Al met al niet goed en niet aan te bevelen . '

'My wife and I needed a break from a fast paced couple of weeks of our vacation. This chateau and the property it sits on was nothing short of spectacular. As an extra bonus, Tess, Daphne and Celia were there to serve and help us with all of our needs. The breakfast that was served was always the best of the best, including homemade jams. 'Christophe and Christine the property managers were very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants and chateaus to visit. The breakfasts each morning were incredible: fresh baked croissants and bread, fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs made to preference. The location nestled in among the vineyards was picturesque and very quiet. The total experience far exceeded our expectations and I hope we can make a return trip.'

Wel jammer dat de 'aanbieding' van de website hotels.com niet klopte. de kamer van € 126,-- hebben wij niet gezien, de Charmekamer kost altijd incl tax €97, per nacht en dat betaalden wij ook. Op het terras konden geen hapjes worden besteld, alleen drank. Dinerzaal ziet er verzorgd uit, goede maaltijd en ontbijt en de kamer was goed verwarmd. Het Hotel ligt zeer rustig en dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden.'
