Villa's in St. Joseph

'The general areas (halls, elevators, lobby, etc) are worn, dated, and dingy. The bathroom had broken tiles and the door was partially painted in two different shades. When I entered the shower and pulled the curtain shut, a washcloth fell down. I assume it was up there from the previous guest. yuk! In addition, the beds were noisy making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was not satisfactory with powdered eggs. The staff was very nice and friendly, especially the check-in clerk.'

'Clean rooms'

'A kiosk awaited us with a man from a foreign country to check us in, as we waited and talking to the human behind the desk. We were asked to give our CC information to the front desk for incidentals. We had already booked and paid for the rooms for 4 days. It did not feel right, so we bailed went on down the road to another hotel next door. Sorry, but when I have to wait my turn at trying to decipher what the kiosk fellow was trying to say, as the desk clerk just stands there and makes us wait...

'The hotel location is convenient to the interstate, check was quick and easy, the room was clean and comfortable.'

'the rooms were clean however this place needs to upgrade the Bed mattress, Hard and very thin my back still hurts after sleeping on the mattress'
