Welcome to Wood View, a spacious five-bedroom retreat in St. Inigoes that comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests. Enjoy a private fenced pool, game room, fireplace, gazebo, and peaceful wooded setting. Located just minutes from Historic St. Mary`s City, approximately 5 miles from Webster Field and 10 miles from NAS Patuxent River, Wood View is ideal for family vacations, wedding groups, military families, government travelers, and Southern Maryland getaways.
Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 13 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Day visitors require prior host approval.

No Parties or Events

Parties, events, large gatherings, and unauthorized visitors are prohibited.

No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere on the property.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Children

Children and infants are welcome. Adults are responsible for supervising minors at all times.

Pool Rules

The fenced private pool is open seasonally, typically May through September. There is no lifeguard on duty. Pool use is at guests` own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Keep the pool gate closed and latched when not in use. No glass containers are permitted in the pool area or gazebo. No diving. Maximum pool depth is 6 feet.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding community.

Parking

Park only in the driveway and designated parking areas. Do not park on grass. Maximum 10 vehicles.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Government Travel Flexibility

We understand that official travel plans can change unexpectedly. Guests traveling on official government business, including military personnel, federal civilian employees, and government contractors, who experience employer-directed changes to official travel may contact us for refund consideration outside the standard cancellation policy. Supporting documentation may be required.

Rule Violations

Violation of occupancy limits, unauthorized parties, unauthorized overnight guests, smoking, pets, or other material house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund.

This order does three things:

Guests immediately see the rules that most commonly cause problems.
Your strongest enforcement items (occupancy, parties, smoking, visitors) are at the top.
Government Travel Flexibility appears as a customer-service benefit rather than a rule, which makes it read better and avoids distracting vacation travelers who are not government employees.
