Comfortable, fully equipped and benefiting from an unobstructed sea view, it is an ideal pied-à-terre to fully enjoy the Vendée coastline.



The essential asset of this apartment is found in the superb loggia, pleasant in every season, with its magnificent view of the ocean. Directly accessible from the living room through a large bay window that opens fully to enlarge the living space, this area is furnished with a small high table and stools, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or admiring the sunsets at the end of the day.



Inside the apartment, upon your arrival, you will discover a welcoming and bright living space. The lounge area consists of two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a television, inviting you to relax after a day by the seaside. Nearby, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 3 people to share your meals. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee makers and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home.



On the night side, the apartment has a comfortable bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x190).



A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.



A parking space is available in a garage in the basement of the building, capable of accommodating a medium-sized car (4x4 impossible given the parking height of 1m80).



For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine with a drying function, an iron and an ironing board.
