Located on the 2nd floor of a residence (without a lift), this holiday apartment offers you all the comfort necessary for a seaside stay. Cross the entrance hallway to access the living area which opens onto the balcony. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and all the necessary elements for cooking as at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a Tassimo, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table inside for 6 people. The lounge area welcomes you for moments of relaxation with sofa, coffee table and television.



The sleeping area consists of three beds. Two through bedrooms, located on the left side of the accommodation, each have a double bed (140x190 cm) and a storage wardrobe. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (120x190 cm), perfect for comfortably accommodating two children.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate for added convenience.



For your comfort, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the back kitchen.



A private parking space allows you to park easily near the accommodation.
