The place was nice, but on one of the hottest days of the summer the air conditioning quit. We were told we could not drop the temp below 72 degrees. Found out the fan was broken and the part would take a day or 2. After contacting the manager several times (he would respond to our text but was not reaching back), we were temporarily moved to another house for the evening. Returned the next day to find that the air conditioner had been fixed but yet, still no proactive communication from manager. We moved back in but the temp didn’t really cool until the next day. Then we lost interest connection. Someone came to look at the connection and then left because he couldn’t figure it out. Still took us to reach out the manager to learn that the bill wasn’t paid- even though it was on auto pay. We were without the Internet and cable for 2 days. No family movie nights or news updates with morning coffee as we wait for our kids to wake. Beach chairs broken and a took a couple of days to figure out how to turn on the dining room light (found the switch hidden by the refrigerator. Which is also where we found the switch to garbage disposal- which wasn’t working and my husband was able to reset. Primary bath showers small, but hall bathroom had more room. A few of the window blinds were so tightly drawn that they would not release to cover windows. Unfortunately- the lack of proactive communication from the management company was problematic concerning air conditioner and Internet.
