Imagine rocking on a large screened-in porch enjoying the ocean breeze while overlooking the 1st fairway of the Ocean Creek Golf Course. This lovely cottage is located on the south side of Fripp minutes from the ocean marina, bonito boathouse and cabana club, along with the central part of the island and the beach. This location is a popular destination for visitors that want to experience all that Fripp Island has to offer. This property will comfortably accommodate up to 10!

This beautiful cottage has been recently updated with fresh paint throughout the inside and outside, new floors and new furniture in the living room and dining room. These 2 rooms blend together with the kitchen to create a lovely living space for family and friends, with privacy in the bedrooms when needed.
The primary bedroom upstairs has a new king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub-shower combo. Both downstairs bedrooms have two new queen beds with an en-suite bathroom. The right bedroom has a tub shower combo while the left bedroom has a step-in shower with dual showerheads.
The large screened in porch with rocking chairs is a great place to hang out.

Features of this home include high speed wireless internet and smart TV's equipped with Hulu Live TV and streaming in each bedroom, as well as the living room. The kitchen is equipped with anything you may need to stay in and cook including an air fryer and crock pot. There is an icemaker in the fridge and Keurig and drip coffee machines as well. Lastly, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long relaxing day at the beach and a gas grill located by the entrance of the home.

The View:
This property overlooks the first fairway of the Ocean Creek Golf Course, with a screened in porch to take in the lovely view.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Also included in your rental are up to 10 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
