Welcome to this holiday home in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, in the heart of the magnificent Rhuys peninsula, in southern Brittany! Ideally located just 900 metres from the village and the first beaches, the furnished house can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. Perfect for families, it offers all the necessary comfort for a worry-free stay: fully equipped kitchen, quality bedding, large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue to enjoy long summer evenings around grilled food. Between swimming, walks along the coast, discovering Breton specialities and excursions to the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the peninsula.



During the month of July, noise nuisances are possible as work is ongoing just next to the house. There will be no more in August.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a large, warm living space. The kitchen, located in the house extension and open to the garden, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will find a Nespresso pod coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 and extend the evening in the living room, comfortably seated on the sofas in front of the television.



The night area consists of 3 bedrooms: on the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), and upstairs, a master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and a children's bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm).



Two bathrooms are at your disposal: one on the ground floor with a shower and toilet, the other upstairs with a bathtub. An additional independent toilet is also located upstairs for added comfort.



A games room designed for children is located upstairs. You will find books, board games and toys for children there.



Finally, the garage allows you to store your bicycles and includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
