In Saint-Alban, this studio of 20 m² is a comfortable pied-à-terre for discovering the Côte de Penthièvre. Designed to accommodate up to 4 people, it benefits from a verdant environment with views of the shared outdoor spaces and the swimming pool. Its location also allows you to easily reach Pléneuf-Val-André and the surrounding beaches.



Outside, you will have access to a shared garden and a spacious terrace of 150 m² organised around the heated communal swimming pool, open from 27 March to 7 November. A large table, garden furniture and a plancha allow you to enjoy meals and outdoor days pleasantly.



The studio is organised around a simple and functional living space. It includes a lounge area with sofa and television as well as a dining area. Just next to it, the open kitchen provides electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle, so you can easily prepare your meals on site.



On the sleeping side, the accommodation has two sleeping areas:

- Mezzanine: a Queen Size bed (160x200)

- Lounge: convertible sofa (140x190)



A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, located opposite the kitchen, completes the accommodation.



Two free outdoor parking spaces are available on the grounds, just in front of the house.
