Location de vacances de particulier à Sadieville

« Mitzi's place was clean, easy to check in, and so comfortable! The additional outdoor space and carport were great additions, and the location was ideal. I had a great stay and my cat loved it too! »

« Clean, quiet and comfortable beds! The single road for 2 way traffic is at moments difficult to navigate but it’s only a couple miles. The owner was very helpful. I would definitely recommend for a small group! »

« Comfortable stay, clean, and spacious. Accessible to the bourbon trail, but yet off the beaten path. The home is more than a duplex, not expecting people above, and entry a little confusing, but all amenities we needed. »

« It was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. Near the ARK as advertised. Dollar store was not far. »

« Host was good to work with. Property was good. Was close enough for a visit to the Ark the next morning. »

« the house was nice for the family the gararge worked nice for my grand kids. .down side the kitchen items where terrible pots pans bowels where like they went to a yard sale no wine glasses, had to go by some extra forks n steak knifes. dish soap almost nothing in the bottle, i garbage bag that is it if you ever watched next level chef i was cooking in the basement. towels very little we had to use a hand towel for the floor mat. said enough. »

« Everything about this weekend was great »

« Great Property, very clean and comfortable. Great Host. »

« We had a nice stay at the Dawning House. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was conveniently located to the Kentucky Horse Park. »

« Great property that worked perfectly for our event at Kentucky Horse Park. Appreciate all the amenities included - rare these days with other VRBOs. »

« House was great for two weeks showing at the KY horse park. Quiet street, walkable to Georgetown shops and restaurants, close to grocery store, at most 15 minutes to the horse park. The house has nice outdoor spaces, easy to relax. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom is a great space for kids. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again. »

« It was exactly what we needed! Great location. Will be back! »

« I cannot say enough positive things about this property! We booked the property for a girls' trip. Everything looks just like the photos. Beds are super comfy, the host has thought of everything and was very responsive in all communication. And the party shed is AMAZING!!! »

« Jonathan was great! He was very responsive to our questions/requests. The hot tub is great and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. . »

« Clean & cute property. Comfortable beds. The train mentioned was not a big issue but road traffic was. Only place to sit outside was on front porch & we had to stop our conversation as traffic passed by. Would we stay again, yes. »

« This is a nice clean - and well organized small home - minutes from the Ark. What we really liked was the proximity to the Ark and downtown within walking distance. What made it not the perfect stay for us was that the home is on a busy street - and everyone seems to own a loud truck - also the heating/ cooling system was loud. If you are city folkes and use to more noise - this would not bother you. We recommend ear plugs and eye coverings at night. Perfect location, clean, organized easy...
