This includes all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the sunken living room, full kitchen, and all indoor living spaces. Outside, enjoy unrestricted access to the expansive front and back yards, circular driveway, and ample parking. The property is fully private and self-contained at the end of a private road, so the space is entirely yours to enjoy.

Parties/Noise: In order to respect the neighbors and our quiet neighborhood, we do not allow parties in the house, and we kindly ask that things are kept on the quieter side after 10:00 pm.

Number of Guests: There will be a fee of $50 for each guest over 4 unless discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night. This is to prevent parties.

Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00 am. There will be a fee of $100/hour for late checkouts as this disrupts the cleaning schedule. Please let us know about the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We kindly ask that prior to leaving, place any dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.

Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes.

Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home, please only smoke in the backyard. No smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or there will be a $500 charge.

Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard.

Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.

Pets: We do not allow pets.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.

Cameras: We have 2 Ring Video cameras installed at the entrance for safety.

Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.

Security Lock: The August smart lock will automatically lock after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Garbage disposals are for small food residue only, not for disposing of food. Please scrape all food into the trash before rinsing plates. Putting food into the disposal often causes clogs and plumbing issues. If a plumber must be sent due to improper disposal use, related charges may apply.

Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don’t know what it is, do not unplug it. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.
