'We arrived late and had to look for a person who could tell us where we had to go. We finally went to the hostel and they checked us in. Then this person asked us what room we would like. So we chose a room - thinking that we were renting the appartenemt and got 2 options. We they tools us, we were not renting an whole apartment, we didn’t like it, but respected it. 'Stayed one night at the W&H View Residency and had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We mentioned we had been traveling most of the day and had not had an opportunity to have dinner; they provided a complimentary snack that was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. It’s also in a great location. We also requested assistance with booking a taxi and they recommended a very reliable and safe driver.'
