« Staff are kind , the bathroom , over flowing water , sink is over flowing »

« Room was ok. Staff were generally friendly but don’t answer email. Accommodations had some damage in places. No walk in shower and the tub is high and is difficult for seniors to get into and out of. Overall it fits the description of a 3 star hotel. Clean but not perfect. »

« Just need a place to stay so we booked this place. The towels are old and dirty white color, like it was used to clean the floor and torn as well. I have to ask for another towels but still dirty white color and old look. They need new set of towels and linens for the property. We bought new towels as we can’t use the one they provided. Also the room has no window and felt like a prison. How do you get out in case of fire? The staff are courteous and helpful. »

« Property facilities and hotel staff made me and my pug dog very comfortable. Its being a pet friendly hotel is a great help for me and my pug during our stay in the city. I will surely stay in this hotel again in the future. »

« First of, the host forgot to tell me the code to lock the door and was late to my meeting trying to hear back from her. I figured this out myself. The room itself is small. Just enough for 2 so I am not sure how they can accommodate 4. »

« Room was very small.Advertised to accommodate 3-4 people which was impossible. There was one queen bed for two people and the rest will have to sleep on the floor. There was no place to keep your wardrobe other than your luggage. Very limited electrical outlet. You have to unplug the refrigerator to plug in the microwave. There were bugs noted crawling at night. In fairness, the building and the whole complex was nice and beautifully maintained. »
