Communication with the host was very poor. The washer was broken, and they were aware of the issue before our arrival but did not notify us ahead of time. We were not offered any resolution until we specifically asked, and even then, we were told they would follow up, but they never did. We had to continuously reach out to them ourselves.Not having a washer with a large group was extremely inconvenient, and we would not have booked this property had we known it was unavailable. I understand that things can break, but proactive communication and clear solutions are essential, and neither was provided.
