The Space
Bearfoot Lodge features two king suites, each with a private bath, TV, and workspace. The first-floor suite includes a built-in kids’ bunk, while the upstairs loft suite overlooks the living area for a unique open design.
Inside, the spacious living room with big-screen TV and handcrafted log beams provides a cozy gathering space. The fully stocked kitchen includes an extensive coffee setup, high-top bar seating, and outdoor dining on the deck. A laundry room with full-size washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

OCCUPANCY & CONDUCT
-Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
-No parties, events, or gatherings
-Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please be mindful that sound carries in mountain communities. Outdoor noise, music, and conversations must remain at a respectful level at all times.
-Children must NEVER be left unattended around decks or the hot tub
PARKING
- 3 vehicles max. No trailers, RVs, or campers permitted
PET POLICY
- Max of 2 PETS PERMITTED. Pets must never be left unattended or to roam the house or property. Ruidoso has a leash law for your pets safety and safety of others.
-Do not allow pets on furniture or bedding.
-Please clean up pet excrement.
SMOKING & FIRE SAFETY
-No smoking or vaping inside the home
-Outdoor smoking is permitted but subject to Fire Danger Restrictions. NEVER dispose of cigarettes or cigars on the ground, driveway, or off decks
-Fire tables are prohibited for short-term rentals in the Village of Ruidoso
HOME CARE
-Please do not bring food or colored beverages into bedrooms to protect linens
-Do not move furniture
-Hot tubs and grills must be used responsibly and according to posted instructions
-Children must never use the hot tub without direct adult supervision
TRASH DISPOSAL
– IMPORTANT: We do not have curbside trash pickup. Guests are required to dispose of all food and trash prior to departure.
-All residents and guests must bag and take trash to the public beige dumpsters located along the roadways throughout Ruidoso. Failure to remove food and trash from the property may result in a minimum $150 disposal fee.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without refund
