'This is a lovely old cottage with lots of character. Two minutes walk from the esplanade, and an easy walk into Cowes. Dan was an outstanding host who looked after us very well 😁 Would highly recommend if visiting the Isle of Wight. Spacious bedroom with private facilities, even a log fire for those chilly evenings.'

'Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments. We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards. Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for...

'Pros - great location, near pub and nice coffee shop. Short walk to beach. Cons - not very clean on arrival, mould problem in bathroom, strong damp smell throughout property. Had planned to cook but found mould growing on wooden spoons and cobwebs on the pans - so ate out instead! Having read through the comments in the visitor book we could see these issues had been raised several times, so it’s disappointing they haven’t been addressed. Would not stay again.'

'The house was fabulous, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Swimming pool and games room were a big hit with everyone. Easy access to neighbouring towns and shopping facilities. Easy access to a great beach.'

'My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station. 'The Boat House is a perfect place to relax with lovely views over the countryside. This was our second stay and would certainly book again.'

'Grove Lodge was the perfect choice for our family of 8 adults celebrating my father's 100th birthday. The ground floor ensuite bedroom was perfect for him. The house was clean and very well equipped. As we had goodcweather we were able to enjoy the lovely private garden. We were met by Lee who was very friendly and gave us lots of useful advice about the area.'

'We had a great stay at Wickland Cottage. The location was spot on and off street parking was a real bonus. The cottage is well kept with comfortable beds and a good shower. Everything you need for a great holiday is provided. Chichester is a lovely city with lots to do in the area. It is also well served by public transport.'

'Really great property, stayed with a group of children, teens, and adults and it was perfect because everyone could have their own space. Lovely bedrooms, beautifully presented, had everything we needed. Great location too, to walk into Chichester or drive to the beach. Host property manager very responsive and set the bedrooms up as requested. Thoroughly recommend!'

'A deceptively large house which has been beautifully updated. The back dining/kitchen area is lovely. Cute courtyard garden. The car park space is very small and difficult to access. Very close to town centre which was great. Easy to walk into town. Would stay again.'
