'This Viking Village is fantastic. There is so much eye for details, you really enter a different world. We had a great time there and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The house has everything you need, and is very comfortable. The guide inside the house with tips and suggestions for visiting and eating/drinking in the area is very comprehensive and helpful. Do not mis this place when you are in the area. '

'I don’t know where to begin. The place smelled like cigarette smoke. When I tried to check in I had to ring a bell and was to come back as the front desk staff seemed to all go out to lunch. After finally checking in, the tv didn’t work, the iron is broken and spilled water everywhere when I tried to iron my clothes. 'The customer service alone here makes me want to stay here time and time again! Every single staff member I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone was so kind and extremely pleasant to deal with. As a solo traveler, this also gave me a feeling of safety which I truly appreciate. The rooms may be slightly outdated, but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The mattress was a bit softer than I prefer, but the A/C ran great and I slept like a baby all night with zero disturbance....

'Room very clean and beds extra comfortable. Lots of small decorating features for a motel and gardens on grounds were extra beautiful. Rooms themselves felt older but with new furnishings. Overall a comfortable stay.'
