A thorough cleaning and repairs of both interior & the screens should be considered, There was plenty of dry split wood, we brought a hatchet just in case we needed to make Kindling and we did. No big deal for us veteran VRBO families. The bedrooms were quite spacious and the two king beds were very comfortable.
