'Check in was annoying as I did not get my check in directions and I came well pass normal check in time. I had to call for help which required having to deal with stupid Ai technology. Once I did get my room, I went to it and it was still dirty and uncleaned with a the bed messed up and trash everywhere. I had to call Ai help again and get a new room. It can be a bit challenging when you initially get there to get in, but as long as you follow the instructions carefully then you shouldn’t have a problem, plus it ensures safety.'
