'Neptune Villas was an amazing place to stay in Turks and Caicos. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the whole area feels peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Our villa had its own little pool, which was a great spot to relax after being out in the sun. The full kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook, and the extra amenities made our beach days so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a place I’d happily return to.'

'Hospitality was 10/10. Mikel was amazing. The staff would come help you before you could even ask. Amenities weren’t the best. On site items were pricey. WiFi was spotty. Food and drink options limited. Beach was nice, it’s a 5 min walk without the beach shuttle service. '

'I am so content with my decision to stay here. The staff were friendly always helpful and professional. The rooms and facility were always being unkept. Their swim up bar and quick access to the beach was insanely perfect. Probably turning this to my yearly visit spot to vacation. '

'I loved the poolside cottage with full kitchen. Beach and water fantastic. Restaurant dinners were too crowded and too expensive, but the lunches can be taken at the beech under comfortable umbrellas. Breakfasts great. there was construction noise during the week, and the air conditioners were too loud, but I tuned it all out for the overall great experience.'

'Was more of a motel feel. Place run down and needs maintenance. Water only came out of three holes in shower head, room smelled very musty even with ac running, fan in bath so loud you couldn’t stay in there with it on, tiles falling off side of pool. '

'The beach was beautiful with amazing snorkeling right off the shore. We saw so many beautiful fish and a stingray! Our bungalow was perfect, clean and spacious. We requested a roll away bed and they delivered one right away. The washer/dryer combo was a great amenity. 'The location of the property is great. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The furnitures in the unit are in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. '
