'You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

'I had a great stay at Venetian Breeze Cozy Studio. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, which made everything smooth and easy. The studio itself was comfortable, and having beach chairs and umbrellas available was incredibly helpful for enjoying the beach without any hassle. Overall, a very good experience and a place I’d stay at again.'

'The locate is so peaceful and close enough for local beach activities, restaurants and shopping centers. The neighborhood was well groomed with no local disturbance of crimes. Some building constructions was going on and it was not disturbing at all to my early morning rise I loved it, Mrs. Sophie is awesome! I will return and I will look for this exact same location and room. '

'Our stay at this Villa was amazing. This rental is situated in a great location near the middle of the island. From this location you can travel to either end of the island in a short time. Very close to the airport & car rentals. While this rental is not on the beach we did have a view of the ocean from our private balcony. 'Property exterior was not kept clean. It was dirty. We stayed 8 nights and the exterior verandah was not cleaned even once. Room was very basic but clean though. Kitchen lacked utensils and the ones which were provided were in bad shape. The stay was just ok. I would not stay again.'

'Host never contacted us back with check in instructions nor would answer our calls when we arrived at the airport so we had to book a different place to stay. I will be calling for a refund. '

'María is a great hostess, she welcomes you very nicely. She makes you feel good and part of her family. This place is far from the Grace Bay, however, you can walk to the Shore Club if you like to walk in the sun. You definitely need to rent a car if you decide to stay there. The room is very small. If you love kiteboarding l definitely recommend you to stay there because that is their passion.'
