- Situated in St Mary’s Bay on the edge of the unspoilt Romney Marsh, this pretty, single-storey property is ideal for families and couples looking for a seaside break on the Kent coastline. Dungeness is just 9 miles away and boasts big dramatic skies, Derek Jarman’s world-renowned garden and spectacular scenery set within a 468-acre nature reserve. Once you have finished exploring the area on foot, hop on the nearby Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway for a trip along the Kent coastline or climb to the top of the Old Dungeness Lighthouse. Families will also enjoy a trip to nearby Port Lympne Safari Park (8 miles) and for those looking for some culture, take a trip to the medieval city of Canterbury (23 miles) with its stunning cathedral, Marlow Theatre and boutique shopping.
Enter through the door into a welcoming hallway with space for dropping off coats and shoes before heading through into the well-appointed kitchen that has everything you may need for whipping up a delicious meal. From the kitchen, head into the warm and comfortable lounge, which is perfect for relaxing in after a busy day exploring the local area. Enjoy curling up with a good book or catching up on your favourite TV programmes on the Smart TV. The dining room is located just off the lounge and is ideal for enjoying family mealtimes together or an evening of after-dinner board games. The property has two bedrooms to choose from: a double with en-suite WC and in the second bedroom, a triple bunk comprising a small double with a single over which is suitable for children only. Completing the inside of this property is the bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden with patio seating and a gas BBQ for enjoying outdoor entertaining. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier.
