« Very comfortable home with everything we needed for our short stay in Peoria. The host was a great communicator. »

« The rooms were spacious, the bedding was clean, and the furniture was acceptable. The house needs some maintenance pretty badly. The flooring, decking, patio furniture and flooring above the kitchen needs to be replaced. The dishes were dirty, sink upstairs and bathtub areas need a good scrub, and there was quite a bit of dust on the walls and ceilings. The bedrooms and living room area was nice. Definitely not a five star. »

« The best part of this location is that it was perfectly located for my work needs. Seemed liked a safe neighborhood and unfortunately the house was minimally stocked for kitchen usage. To spend 13 days at a property you’d think the proper supplies would be available. Hopefully the host takes my private message into consideration. The Wi-Fi is by far the worst and again for being there solely for work I had to rely on my personal hot spot to complete my days work. »

« We needed a place to stay in Peoria for the whole family (dog included) and this place was perfect! The decor was just my style. If you love the 70s/80s, this is the place for you! « We arrived at the property in the dark to find the walkways, steps and porch ice and snow covered. Extremely hazardous for my husband who is partially disabled and walks with a cane. Door code did not work. After calling the owner we stood in the freezing cold for almost half an hour while they attempted to locate the lockbox code.
