Hôtel très bien situé
Hôtel qui se situe au 1er étage d’un bâtiment, pas facile à trouver mais dès que nous avons trouvé, on s’y sent très bien. Très bon accueil, personnel très sympa. La chambre était assez simple mais largement suffisante pour notre séjour de 4 nuits à Rome. L’hôtel est très bien situé, nous avons tout fait à pied.

Très bon appart hôtel Chambre très propre et assez grande, il n’y a pas de reptile 24/24 mais ils sont bien présents et sympa pour nous accueillir! Le point négatif de notre chambre était le bruit même la nuit (quartier bruyant) mais très très bien situé : 10 min de Trevi, 30 min de St Puerre! On y retournera malgré le bruit

Chambre propre, spacieuse. Petite paire de chausson, produits pour la douche très agréables. Hôtel tres bien situé, proche de très jolis monuments. Tout peut se faire à pied en partant de l'hôtel. Un peu déçue par la simplicité du petit déjeuner (jus de fruits décevants). Accueil très agréable à Notre arrivée. Possibilité de laisser les bagages à Notre arrivée ou à Notre depart pour visiter librement. Je recommande cet établissement. Climatisation très appréciable dans la chambre.

Bonne adresse .
Très bon accueil, personnels souriants et disponibles. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville sans avoir à utiliser les transports en commun. Tout s'est bien passé durant notre séjour de 4 nuits, le seul point négatif est le manque d'isolation sonore provenant de l'extérieur. ( voitures et passants)

Overal, a great place to stay on your citytrip to Rome: * most tourist highlights are reachable on foot and for the ones a bit further away: there's a bus stop 2 minutes away with connections to nearly everywhere * the personnel is very friendly and helpful * the room itself is quite pleasant, with minimalistic, but quality furnishing * the street is very busy, but with the windows closed yoo simply don't hear any noise * there's hand soap/shower gel and shampoo provided * the prices for the mini bar are definitely one of the lowest I've ever seen. The devil is in the details though: there's definitely room for improvement. * the room wasn't vacuumed as often as it should've been: I'm not a clean freak, but when I needed to pick something from the floor even I noticed a lot of dust and crumbs along the wall * the toilet pot was severely cracked at the bottom to the point my husband was afraid to rest his whole weight on it * not sure how often bedlinnen was changed (again, not a clean freak and I don't mind sleeping on the same sheets for a couple of days), but I found the fact that the duvet was just put BETWEEN 2 bedsheets instead of IN a duvet cover very unhygienic * there were no glasses in the bathroom, we had to use a tea mug to brush our teeth * one of the cupboards was missing a handle * the walls are paper thin: we could hear our neighbours, especially when their kids were arguing, it was like they were in the same room

The property was well located and the rooms were all updated and very nice however I did not realize I was not booking a hotel but some sort of B&B and the facility lacked 24 hour reception service. People had a hard time getting into the building. There were a number of people who arrived at night and could not get a room because there was no one at reception and the guests were trying to locate the staff for them. Another couple locked their keys in their room and there was no one to let them in. All got sorted but people were really stressed. The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate requests however the lack of reception coverage was problematic. On our last day they ordered us a car service to the airport. There were 4 of us and we had alot of bags. Our transport vehicle was changed at the last minute due to some oversight which meant we travelled to the airport with luggage on our laps. The driver was incredibly apologetic as he was given the wrong info and told us we should get a reduction on the fare from the B&B. When I broached the situation with them they said it was not possible to refund any portion of the fare. Disappointed but not surprised

This guest house was in a perfect location, easily walkable to all main attractions. The airport transportation the guest house offers is excellent and reliable. Highly recommend this for a trip for Rome

Experiencia horrible. El personal muy maleducado y muy poco atentos. El espacio de las habitaciones muy mal aprovechado, las camas ocupaban todo y no había casi espacio para lo demás. Por no hablar de los baños. Siempre olía fatal de las tuberías aunque nadie usara el servicio, en fin, le daria menos de 1 estrella pero no puedo. No lo recomiendo para nada. A parte nos cobraron de más.

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Allerdings kamen wir eine Stunde nach dem offiziellen Check-in an und mussten deshalb nochmal 50€ mehr bezahlen, was ich etwas übertrieben finde, da die Zimmerkarte im benachbarten Hotel an der Rezeption hinterlegt war und ich den Mehraufwand nicht gesehen habe. Des Weiteren waren wir jeden Tag ab spätestens 07:30 Uhr wach, da zwischen 07:00 Uhr und 07:30 Uhr das Frühstück angerichtet wurde und wir somit durch lautes Besteck und Geschirrklappern geweckt wurden. Die Türen sowie auch die Fenster sind leider sehr dünn… Wenn dann die ersten Gäste zum Frühstück kamen, war man endgültig wach.

Great location but the Main Street is super busy and loud. Windows did an excellent job of keeping noise down. The curtains closest to the backwall weren’t big enough to cover wall to center so light creeped in. Also the AC/heat system number are sooo bright! We had to cover ours. Plug next to bed closest to the door didn’t work. Food and breakfast was good. The attendant was so kind and friendly. He was always quick to get my husband his coffee. When we checked in a dirty towel was still hanging in the bathroom. Minor oversight.

Our stay at Vittoriano was AMAZING for three main reasons. Firstly, the room and bathroom were both VERY clean. :) Secondly, the location was ideal - the hotel is right across a bus stop and a tourist office, there are cafes nearby, the Colosseum is a 15-minute walk away, and a road runs right in front of the hotel making it easy to get an Uber/food delivery. Thirdly, and most importantly, the staff are so kind and accommodating. They were immediately welcoming, and when we requested a space for prayer after check out, they provided us with a private room and bathroom. We felt so welcomed, safe, and respected throughout our stay. I STRONGLY recommend this amazing hotel. The people that work here have worked hard to make it a lovely stay, and it shows!! It's affordable, the reservation is flexible (we were easily able to add a third person to our room), and it's the perfect home base for anyone that wants to explore Rome on foot.

Excellent staff service and very communicative from beginning of booking to checking out. They even offer complimentary luggage storage after check out. There are a few flights of stairs to walk up with your luggage, so be mindful. But nonetheless, I’d come back for sure

Ensure you arrive at the property before 8pm so you do not incur the extortion €50 late check- in fee (which allows you to walk to another hotel close by to collect your room keycard!) Whilst making the booking, there is information that tells you they do not have front desk and you should contact them 72hours before check in, there is no information about the significant addition late check-in fee. You only find this out after you have already paid for your stay!!! This is hugely irritating as unexpected costs (so may be cheaper to book at another hotel!) Great location, within walking distance to all the main attractions. Room was spacious and clean.

I was hesitant having read some of the reviews, but I am pleased with my stay while in Rome. The location is right across from the forum. The room is spacious. Yes, the AC is a little loud but it works. That is not the case for many places in Rome with faulty AC units. Enjoyed my stay.

My wife and I had a great two days here. The location can't be beat! The staff was friendly and helped with restaurant suggestions that were perfect and were helpful in making our stay great. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. They accommodated our early arrival, stored our bags, and got our room ready early. Very appreciated. They helped arrange transportation when needed and went beyond expectations. THANKS!!!!

The staff was super accommodating and lovely! We ended up booking super last minute as another property had canceled on us so we were very grateful to have gotten in our room so quickly. However I felt like it was a bit over priced for the quality of the stay, this could be because we booked so last minute but the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the walls are paper thin and you could hear everything we were happy we brought ear plugs otherwise I’m not sure we would have gotten any sleep.

Dear Kyle, you actually booked in super high season and prices were aligned to the market average.We are surprised to hear about noise problems as all our windows are brand new and the walls - being a historical building - are actually quite tick and made of brick. There could definitely be noise from the street though being located in the actual center of the city. We hope this didn't impact too much on your stay and look forward to hosting you again

Out rooms are all recently renewed and all the electrical plugs are brand new.About the noise, you picked a location in the centre of the city ....if like complaining for humidity while visiting Venice....curious :DAll the best
