The apartment is therefore formed by a 4-rooms unit and a studio. As mentioned, the 4 rooms unit has a common area in the basement with a dining table and seats for 10 people, a sofa and a kitchen corner with induction hobs, a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle and refrigerator. A kitchenette is present also in the adjacent studio and is equipped with a table for 4 guests, a microwave, coffe' machine and refrigerator.
