The building at Via dell’Arco de’ Ginnasi 6 forms part of a historic complex associated with the Ginnasi family. Originally dating to the sixteenth century and subsequently modified and enlarged in the seventeenth century, it reflects the rich architectural history of central Rome.

Inside the apartment, traditional character takes centre stage. Coffered ceilings and elegant parquet floors lend warmth and personality to the interiors, while the impressive ceiling height of 4.30 metres creates a wonderful sense of space. The residence blends historic features with practical amenities, offering an inviting atmosphere for your Roman stay.

The apartment’s generous 60-square-metre living room is the heart of the home. With two sofa beds and an additional sofa, it provides plenty of space to sit back, relax and spend time together after a day exploring the city.

The room’s high ceilings and distinctive architectural details create an open, airy atmosphere. An open mezzanine above the living area adds another sleeping space while maintaining the apartment’s unique layout. Please note that the mezzanine is open to the living room and does not have a door, and its ceiling height is approximately 1.70 metres.

The apartment offers several sleeping areas arranged across its distinctive layout.

The large master bedroom features a queen-size bed measuring 160 x 190 cm and an en-suite bathroom. A sliding door connects the bedroom to the living room, providing a flexible connection between the spaces.

A second queen-size bed, also measuring 160 x 190 cm, is located on the open mezzanine above the living room. The living area also includes two sofa beds, offering additional sleeping options.

A second bathroom is conveniently located near the entrance and features a shower.

A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare breakfast, enjoy a relaxed meal at home or take a break between sightseeing adventures.

For guests who would like to experience Roman cuisine more closely, a traditional dinner at home or a homemade fettuccine-making class can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION

The apartment is located on the third floor of the building, which has an elevator, and the entire apartment is at your disposal during your stay.

Check-in after midnight is possible with an additional fee of €50, payable directly upon arrival. Please arrange late arrival in advance.
