A bright, modern one-bedroom apartment on Piazza di Sant’Apollonia, just off Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, the very heart of one of Rome’s oldest and most characterful neighbourhoods. Trattorias, cafés and wine bars are on your doorstep, and the historic centre is a short walk across the Tiber.



The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, a spacious living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and a bathroom with shower. Both the bedroom and the living room have air conditioning, and radiators keep the apartment warm in winter. It is ideal for two guests and can sleep four, with the two extra guests using the sofa bed in the living area.



Trastevere is one of Rome’s most loved neighbourhoods, with cobbled lanes, ivy-covered houses and some of the city’s best places to eat and drink, from traditional trattorias to newer wine bars. On Sunday mornings, the famous Porta Portese flea market is a short walk away. Its popularity also means it is lively, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, when the streets stay busy until late, and light sleepers should expect some evening noise at weekends.



Please note: the apartment is on the second floor of a historic building with no lift, reached by four long flights of stairs. Please keep this in mind if you are travelling with heavy luggage or have limited mobility.
