Deposit in case of damages Euro 250.00 to pay in cash at check in. If there are no damages to the apartment, it will be refunded at check out.

The neighborhood is equipped with all services (museums, shops, hairdressers, bars, restaurants, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, a local market, pharmacies, hospitals, laundries, banks, metro and buses). Paid parking is located a few meters away.

The historic center can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes or with a few metro or bus stops.
