Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We were here for a hockey tournament. Our room was nice and clean but the TV did not work. They came to try and fix it and but then after they left we had no volume. The staff was nice and helpful but the pool was closed when we got there then opened so my youngest was able to swim. Our team was looking forward to swimming after their afternoon game to only find out the pool was closed again. We had conflicting stories from the staff, one stating someone pooped in the pool, another stating they closed it because of the tournament. Another was kids were not following the rules. Of course the pool was to be reopened at 1pm the day everyone was supposed to check out. They tried to help with some board games but it still wasn't a good situation. We tired to get the conference room only to be told it was too much work to get approval to not even an hour later another team was able to get in there. On the day of our checkout the elevator was not working correctly that we had to have someone go to a floor up from the first to hit the button so it would go to the first floor and we were told they have someone coming to fix it. We were there Friday to Sunday and on Saturday when we tried to get breakfast they were out of everything and there was still almost an hour left until it was to close. They same thing happened again on Sunday. Very frustrating when the reason you book at a specific location is due to the amenities that they offer and then not being able to use them.
