Bel hôtel, chambres à rénover pour un 5 étoiles
Accueil parfait, emplacement très pratique et beau quartier. Petit déjeuner très bon. Les chambres quant à elles mériteraient une rénovation... Joints de douche non étanches, lustre cassé, et peu d'étagères pour le rangement des vêtements.

Hotel très bien situé, personnel accueillant
Décor à l'italien très raffiné juste équilibre entre baroque et modernité. Luxueux. Nous avons dîner la bas pour le réveillon du jour de l'an au restaurant Brunello le repas était divin, ce qui n'ai pas toujours le cas pour des jours festifs avec menu imposé. Bravo

Très bel édifice
Rapport qualité/prix moyen: -pas de terrasse extérieure pour déjeuner ou prendre un verre -alarme anti incendie dans les chambres(au plafond au dessus du lit) avec 2 Led rouges gênants -peti déjeuner à 33€ ne comprenant pas les œufs au plat et avec les mêmes fruits pendant 5 jours et même pas des fruits de saison... -rue bruyante

Le vrai style italien. L'hôtel est splendide, la chambre en étage avec terrasse très confortable après les journées de visites. Un personnel tres professionnel. Service conciergerie excellent dans les conseils. Service petits déjeuners au top et la réception très bien. Chambre impeccable.

amazing concierge team. Lorenzo the Head concierge (golden Keys) is a great professional Excellent knowledge of the city and great recommendations for restaurants and shopping. Bravissimo!

5* proche du centre historique
on a aimé : l’accueil, le surclassement de la chambre sans avoir rien demandé et sans frais supplémentaires, la grandeur de la chambre, le petit dejeuner varié et frais, la proximité avec le metro (3min a pied ) et des monuments ( fontaine de trévi, place navona, place d'espagne.. 10min à pied // on a moins aimé : la salle de bain moins sympa que la chambre un peu trop vintage, pas de brosses à dents, rasoir, pas accès à la terrasse pour cause de travaux (malheureusement mais pas avertis ) , l'isolation phonique des fenêtres chambre et salle de bain pas top ( chambre 503 donnant sur la via veneto ) / mais ça reste un bel endroit idéalement placé pour visiter Rome à pied

très bel hotel
Très bien situé, proche metro, gare, centre. Exellent petits déjeuner : oeufs brouillés, à la coq...mozza, ricotta, tout est impécable. Le concièrge peux vous réserver des pass pour le colisé ou autre, bon accueil,bon service, deco...romaine!

Rapport qualité prix, c'es un très bon hôtel, très bien placé. Le personnel est remarquable et agréable. La chambre était bien et propre. Nous avions juste un souci avec la douche, vu que l'eau s'écoulait par terre et pas vraiment là où il fallait.... sinon, l'hôtel est très bien placé dans un agréable quartier ! hôtel à recommander tout de même

Nous y retournons sans problème
A part le mobilier de notre chambre un peu fatigué, le reste était très satisfaisant. Le service du personnel était très professionnel et courtois. Une adresse a recommandée.

un super week end
hotel très bien placé ,mais calme.nous étions heureux, après une journée de visites et au milieu de la foule de retrouver notre quartier.personnel adorable parlant français, très aimable.petits déjeuners copieux mais un peu chers lorque l'on ne prend qu'un yaourt , un café et une salade de fruit!c'est le seul bémol. hotel à recommander.

Beautiful Fashionable Hotel. Staff was at our service all the time. Good food. Walking distance to the Centre with Trevi, Spanish Steps, Phantheon, Colosseum etc. Perfect to stay around Via Veneto.

The staff at Baglioni Regina was excellent! It was my bf’s birthday and they upgraded our room and even brought us champagne and cookies. We landed at 7am in Italy and even got to check in before noon. The hotel itself is very clean and next to a lot of restaurants!

We have been staying here before being very happy, so we chose it again due to this fact! At this time we were really disappointed with the room, first of all which was dirty and not ready to accommodate! We booked a suite and my husband asked for an upgrade, and we chose Dolce Vita suite with a difference of 800€ / night, we stayed 3 nights! Very disappointing, as I mentioned before, room was dirty, not ready to accommodate, we had to ask for extra towels, sleepers and robe for our son! We had to ask for water in the room, we has only 2 glasses and 2 cups for water and coffee, they even take the sugar for the room! The area is very beautiful and we were close to everything! But the accommodation is no more for 5 stars! I m very sorry about that!

A few issues, first No ac in the rooms this time of year at this hotel. Second, the claim 15 minutes for valet but on average 40-45 minutes. First night the lost out car and had to wait an hour. Third, the TV isn’t smart so we had only one channel in English movies. We couldn’t cast or purchase anything. So that sucked. Forth, one of the two bathrooms in our room had wires coming out of the wall and nothing worked. Few other small things but for the price I would never visit again.

Preis -Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Frühstück für ein Leading Hotel Of The World unwürdig. Dafür eine riesige Zusatzkarte zum kostenpflichtigen Zubestellen. WLAN de facto nicht vorhanden. Mussten uns ins Nachbarhotel einwählen. Dinner im Haus zugegebenermaßen schmackhaft, Jedoch war anschließend das Futter aus dem Portemonnaie.

We really enjoyed this property and location. The staff was so helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There is a great pizza place walking distance called the San Marco, you might want to check it out.

This property is beautiful, as are the rooms, but if you have special accessibility requests, don't expect them to be honored. I informed them way in advance that I have claustrophobia so must face the street (not a courtyard) on a high-ish floor to see at least some distance. I arrived to a room had one tiny window facing a courtyard on the 1st floor (US=2nd floor)! I complained that this was the opposite of my request and was able to change rooms, but only to one with 2 windows facing a small street that was was on the ground floor (!) and the bathroom smelled of sewer. UGH. I was also told that the room service menu was on the television, but I found nothing to click on to find it, and the remote control was so weird and difficult to use that I could barely click on any channel. A very frustrating experience.

Atmosphere was very cold…..nice room but nothing spectacular for the price….would not go back or suggest that hotel! We were leaving early and had a hard time to get a coffee! No coffee machine in the room…..very disappointed!

This hotel has NO business being part of The Leading Hotels of the World. It’s old, outdated, stains all over the wall paneling, tears at certain areas of the wall paneling. The A/C could barely keep up. The bathroom fixtures were rusty and chipped. I can truly stay, after a beautiful trip around Italy, staying at this hotel at the end of our trip kind of ruined it for us. We stayed at 5 different hotels throughout this trip. We booked on Expedia, the room we got was not at all what was pictured. Do yourself a favor and stay at the new hotel edition. It was gorgeous and cheaper then I’d rust bucket.

I love the feeling of this hotel - it's sumptuous and refined, but not stuffy. There is an exceptional restaurant attached to the hotel, and the staff were so helpful in every way. One of the hard things to get right in a hotel is for management to care about the staff in such a way that their level of care filters through to the guests. I really noticed in small and large ways that the staff here were happy and that meant that all the interactions I had with them as a guest were infused with that same feeling of generosity and warmth. I also enjoyed the location as it is not too hectic but feels a little removed from the chaos of some of the other areas of Rome, but still with easy access to everything. I travel often and am fairly fussy, but I would highly recommend this hotel. Robyn

Estaba muy claro que aparté un cuarto para 3 y cuando llegamos muy noche, no estaba listo. Dos dias reclamé si me podian mejorar el cuarto y solo recibí malos tratos. LA instalacion esta muy vieja, baños no funcionales, no me quedaron ganas de volver a esta cadena nunca
