Villa Martinis is located in the center ofRogoznica, 30 km away from Šibenik and the center of the Dalmatian coast.Rogoznica is especially popular with boaters thanks to one of the safest and most beautiful ports in the Adriatic. The villa itself is split into four apartments, but is rented as a whole which allows 15 people to comfortably fit in this large space.

One the first floor of the villa there is a large living room area with comfortable sofas and a stunning view over the terrace. This leads into a modern kitchen space, where you will find everything you need to create meals during your holiday. The kitchen leads out to a sheltered dining area, where you can embrace the picturesque surroundings and enjoy the warm, Mediterranean weather.There is one double bedroom on the first floor as well as a dressing room and luxury bathroom. The double bedroom is like a mini apartment, with bright furnishings, ample storage space and a kitchen area with sink and cupboards. Further bedrooms can be found throughout the villa, with another 3 double bedrooms with bathrooms and a twin room. There is more sleeping space with sofas and armchairs that pull out to create further beds.The outdoor terrace area is a large, open space where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Croatian surroundings. The large pool is surrounded by ample sunbathing space as well as space to sit and enjoy outdoor dining. There is an outdoor dining table as well as a stone cooker where you can truly dine al fresco.Villa Martinis is a true Croatian gem and contains everything you need and more for your luxury holiday to Croatia.
