« To take a historic building (a bank) and turn it into a modern day Vrbo is impressive. But incorporating pictures and pieces from the past into the decor was unexpected and amazing. The location is perfect (center of town). It is within walking distance of most restaurants and places you will want to explore. Not only would I recommend staying here, but I look forward to returning later this year. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at House Mountain Retreat. Michelle had every convenience one could think of in the cute apartment. Since the weather was nice we enjoyed the screened in deck area with a beautiful view of the mountain, lots of places to walk and see the horses. It was a real retreat. »

« Very secluded and a perfect getaway at the lake. House is beautiful. On open water so gets some wake at the dock, but nice to swim and watch the boats. 3rd bathroom is located away from other bedrooms, but still nice to have 3 full baths. »

« The house was great. I was concerned about the area as it seemed rough. We didn’t have any problems but definitely didn’t go out after dark and made sure our doors were locked. »

« Our daughter lives in Knoxville, about a mile from this rental. This is our second stay here and we will be back yet again in the future. It is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities listed. We do not use the upstairs and never have, so I can’t comment on that, but it also looks large and very clean. The back desk and the little covered patio area off the living room are especially useful and appreciated. »

« My family and I had a great time at this property as we gathered for our youngest son’s graduation! The house had enough rooms and bathrooms to take care of everyone. The property was clean, well located, and fun. The property manager was communicative and helpful. The arcade games were a fun bonus! I highly recommend! »

« We came to Knoxville for a recruiting event at UT; stayed 3 nights. Overall, we had a great stay for the three of us. We enjoyed making breakfast every morning and loved the patios! Bring new to Knoxville, we really appreciated the binder of suggested food and coffee areas as well as recommended local events. We loved the farmer’s market on market square on Saturday morning! This is in a great location and a perfect place for no more than 2-3 people… 7 minutes from UT campus and only a few...

« I was there with other creator and business partners to attend a conference and absolutely enjoyed the space. We were the talk of the conference. It was absolutely beyond our expectations and the pictures are great but being there in the moment is what made it soooo worth it. The host was on point and addressed any and all of our issues. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to impress and stay in a very amazing and spacious as well as very well put together space. Thank you for hosting us...

« My husband and i got married in downtown Knoxville. This rental was so close to our wedding venue. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. Great building and neighbors. We walked to Gay Street for dinner and then walked around Market Square with some ice cream. This reantal has the best vibes and you cant get a much better location! Highly recommend it. We will be staying here again! »

« Place was very clean, quaint, and comfortable. It is a very convenient location - and close to the train station. Walking distance to all fun things downtown Knoxville. Lisa - the host - was super responsive and helpful with any questions that we may have had. It was a the ideal spot while we were in town for a baseball tournament. »
