« My husband, two boys (6 & 11) and I stayed in this quaint, little, clean apartment for four nights. They provided coffee, creamer and bathroom necessities. It was perfect for a short stay. When we did need something the owner was quick to reply and get it to us. If need be we will stay here again. »

« We enjoyed our weekend stay at this cute little place. The place was clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are several excellent restaurants within a few minutes of driving distance. We spent a day at the Heckscher State Park beach, which is nearby. We were planning to visit the Bayard Cutting Arboretum but couldn't because it started raining. Overall, a nice stay. »

« The rental was close to what was expected but did not have enough bedding for 6 people though we were told it could accommodate 6 people. The air quality in the rental was poor and had a dehumidifier, which we were not aware of until arrival, and came with no instructions that we needed to manually empty it. It smelled musty and moldy and couldve also used an air purifier. The rental was basic and couldve used some more homey touches. Location was convenient for what we were in town for. »

« The property is exactly as advertised and some of the additions make this rental unique. One of my favorites was the adjustable bed. The apartment was a five minute walk from the university and I never walked more than five minutes to get food. My husband said the area was very accessible. I would definitely recommend! »

« Host never showed up to give us our key so we could not get in. We contacted VRBO and they could not get a hold of our host either. The VRBO customer service was helpful. We had to search for a last minute hotel and nothing was available. Thankfully a friend let us stay 45 minutes away for the night. We were able to find a hotel for the other 2 nights at steep prices. « This place was close to my son and family to whom we visited for a week Never met the host but that wasn't really necessary as entry was simple. Good wifi, tv and all our needs were met. Lots of niceties and although small the kitchen had a full sized fridge, oven, microwave and all dining essentials. « The house fit our needs. Fun was had on the quad. A real ladder to the treehouse. On the fridge the water and ice maker doesn't work. It was nice to be able to sit out on the swing and also in the back of the house too. the short walk to the little lake was pretty. Response with property manager was good, and refurbished the paper supplies we needed for the house in less than hour. It was a nice 2 night stay. »
