'We had a wonderful stay. The cabin's location & setting is great: surrounded by trees, no neighbors, easy drive to the lake and mountain. The house is well appointed: nice amenities and decor. The host is very responsive. Would come back if we return to Deep Creek! '

'The main problem was the lack of privacy with the ceiling between the two bedrooms being wide open. You could literally hear someone passing gas in the other room., and we were just two women. I can’t imagine if two couples were there. Otherwise everything was clean and we enjoyed the stay.'

'There might be several reasons to stay at the Rack Shack. Ours was the location, not far from Fallingwater which we visited the following morning. Also, the modest price for an entire cabin was appreciated. Visiting from northern Maine we were right at home with the antlers and taxidermy. And if you look past the furry decor you'll see that the building is far from a shack....it's finished nicely, all buttoned up, clean and comfy. Quite secluded, with nice a outdoor area, along a dirt...
