« The host was very responsive when I had questions. He was extremely accommodating, he gave us a little extra time given the snowfall etc, and he had the stairs shoveled for us in the morning. The stairs walking up to the units and our particular unit are very steep. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Overall it is a good value. »

« Great location, clean but hardly any heat. Upon arrival, the space heater provided in one of the bedrooms showed the temperature at 52 degrees and it barely went over 60 degrees during our stay. We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit.
