« The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. They gave us room with a queen bed instead of a king like we paid for. There was a paper sign on the pool door stating the pool was closed. The lights were on , the pool pump was running, we were able to open the door. The lady behind the desk did not know anything about the pool closure. I'm getting sick of motels not issuing partial refunds when they cannot deliver what they advertise. Breakfast was ok. »

« Upon checking in our room was covered in mold above the shower. When went to bring this up the first employee we spoke to was cuddling with a man on the couch in the lobby while on the clock. We didn’t get any solutions with her, so an hour later at shift change we went back and talked to another woman who was very rude when we asked for a new room. Our new room was outdated but clean. When speaking to the manager in the morning he was very pleasant to talk to but no discount on our room or...

« If you want something close to all the amenities of town but feels a little more secluded and away from noise, I highly suggest this hotel. I felt safer in this area, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a bit old but clean and indoors. I got to have the whole swim area to myself even on a Friday night. If I’m ever back in the area, this is where I would stay. »
