'This home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well supplied with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. We were well pleased when we arrived and happy to see all the extra touches that were made to meet any need that we might have. 'Thinking over all the trips my family has taken and utilized VRBO, we've never had a host as accommodating or *responsive* as the Host with this property. Pre-arrival they clearly communicated check-in expectations and even helped find a local butcher for us to use while at the property.The property grounds were immaculate--we brought a dog and made sure before arrival that this was OK, but once arrived, our pooch had no problem settling in, especially with the clean large back yard!The house...

'The location was great and so was the owner. However the pictures do not match the house. The furniture in the living room was not the same, some of the furniture was broken or missing handles. There was also places in the ceiling where the “popcorn” was fall off. The kitchen was well equipped and there where plenty of towels.'

'This location is not far from anything we wanted to do. The Communication with the owner was awesome. They responded to our questions in a timely manner. They are still build around this location but it didn't affect our stay. We are a family of 8 and for vacation sometimes a hotel won't do. They had the basic needs nicely placed in the home. We appreciate the welcome binder to help us navigate the beach and the home. We will look into this home again if we see in the area. '

The house was surprisingly big, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for making dinner, the fire pit was perfect for smores. We easily walked downtown and to the bay.
