« Everything was very nice except for the following: I had messaged you specifically about the grill was it gas or charcoal and when you said gas, we expected it would have a tank or two available. We were ready to start it up to grill our dinner and discovered it was not clean and there was no gas. We would have appreciated that information ahead of time and we would have planned to pick up the empty tank to fill before doing our grocery shopping. »
