'Good location in Road town , excelente staff '

'We just loved stay there. It was during hurricane Erin. They gave us a safe and lovely room. One staff member stayed on duty and checked on us various times throughout the night which was reassuring. Generator power came on when electricity went off. Staff came daily to replenish towels and anything we needed. We did manage a swim beforehand and it was really nice with excellent snorkeling. The swimming pool was great and food was good. We’ll be back'

'This property is very nice and clean! Rooms were beautiful & very comfortable bed. We had a suite which was oceanfront and the view was incredible from our comfy swing chairs. We had an unusual situation because we were there during hurricane Erin, so not many guests were there. The staff was absolutely amazing! It was a scary situation and they were at our disposal as needed. The restaurant is across the street on the beach. It has a gorgeous view, good food and drinks and very nice...

'Toen we ons meldden bij de receptie was men niet op de hoogte van onze reservering bij Hotels.com. Er was ons geen reserveringsnummer (6 digits) van het hotel zelf bekend, alleen het nummer van Hotels.com, hetgeen onbekend was bij het hotel. Dàt was een teleurstelling. Dat ze daarna nog een kamer voor ons hadden was wel fijn, voor hetzelfde bedrag en hetzelfde type als in de reservering.'

'I had a wonderful time staying in BVI. The apartment was conveniently located to things I would walk to and perfect size for me to stay. I was there for 3 weeks and Nelle and her sister Ella made me feel welcome and part of their family. I look forward to staying again in this beautiful island and apartment. '

'This is exactly what we were looking for: Outstanding views, lots of space, and an easy experience while NOT being inundated in the froth of the cruise-ship churn. We always travel under our own steam and had a car, which you will need to properly enjoy this location. Our host went above and beyond to meet us by the car rental place and lead us up the hill. 'Chose the location due to proximity to Nanny Cay for charter. Space was as advertised and very clean. Just the A/C in the bedroom but was fine for me. Host was available to answer questions about locking up the door when out. Great kitchen and utensils available. Thank you!'
