'Booked a 2 queen room. Put us in a 1 king room without even saying anything to us. Staff was very very rude thinking some Hilton points would make up for it and kids having to sleep on the floor. Room was dirty when we got in there, bare wires on top of the closet, hanging fixtures in the room. Nobody ever at the front desk to assist. I stay at a lot of Hiltons and this was the worst by far. I understand growing pains for a new hotel but this was unacceptable. Don’t even try getting breakfast…....

'Disgracefully maintained. Nothing works.... Workout facility is in disrepair. Breakfast is a joke. 1 hardboiled egg in the fridge and Danimal Yogurt. I've seen motels that are better appointed.'

'King size bed was comfortable pillows were good. It served my purpose the shower was hot It was clean I don't look for other amenities so it served my purpose well. A clean room with a TV that works and air conditioning was cold.'

'First the picture do not match what the actual room and place looks like. We thought it was a typical Wyndham Inn. It is not. They are very struck about the check-in time — we were an hr prior to check in after several hrs on the road and they would not let us check in not even a hour early. Even if the website states early check in is ok the physical place does not. The gentlemen at the front desk Friday were extremely rude and unhelpful. When the place looks rough and linens don’t look washed...

'Whatever cleaning products they use here, they are very strong. We booked and paid for a two night stay and ended up leaving after the first night because of the strong smell in our room. I would have complained but the front desk person got an attitude with me when I complained about the door to the room not locking. Otherwise, it’s fine if you don’t have sensitivities to smells.'

'Would not read my receipt that showed 3 rooms were booked and kept saying only one room was. He didnt read and see the other 2 names. Only looked under my name because I booked the rooms. Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me...

'Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I couldn’t find the thermostat in front of my face. Property doesn’t look like much on the outside but rooms were fairly modernized. Breakfast was just ok. Typical continental for the room price of $100. Good place for a cheap quick stay if you’re visiting a BSU student. Very close to campus.'
