'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. 'The room has too many led lights. When you turn off all lights at nights, the room is not dark due to the leds. '

'Positives: Amazing price for staying in downtown Toronto. The set up of the hotel is good with different areas for eating, studying, sleeping, etc. Negative: NOISE while you are going to sleep/sleeping. If saving money is your main priority then you just have to put up with the noise. If you want a good nights sleep then pay more and stay in another hotel. People are not trying to make noise but you can hear everyone unpacking, plastic bags being opened, people entering and exiting their pod,...
